During the presentation, I will be taking a sketch (pg.29) from the Creative Memories 101 Scrapbooking Ideas & Sketches Book, recreating it using different paper and tools. The original is a fun layout using the Lullaby Lane Collection. I take the inspiration and recreate it using Christmas papers!! Oh, that’s not all! I will create a double page layout from this single page.

The Layout - This layout, which was originally posted on the CM Blog on 1/26/22 is a fun and playful baby layout. In this sketch you will see a block in the middle and to outer sections. The middle block contains the photos, title, journaling, and one embellishment cluster. The top and bottom sections are decorative paper and border stickers. This is great area to bring in those tools! I use a mix of border stickers and tools to decorate this page. I also take this one page sketch and stretch it into two pages. I love this design, so making a mirror image of the first side keeps this layout simple for me. I change up the orientation of the middle block of the second page to make it a little different and to make room for the beautiful Laser Cut Christmas Tree Embellishment from the Christmas Charm Collection.
