Workshop Wednesday ~ 4/2/25

We’ll continue in the our Keeping Scrapbooking Simple Series. We’ll be using the Creative Memories 52 Scrapbooking Project Recipe Book. I’ve selected several layouts that I consider “simple” — meaning easy paper cuts, straightforward photo placement, and just a few fun embellishments to finish it off, but there is always a “special technique”!

This week, I’ll be working with Recipe #34 on page 72 of the book, and I’ll show you how to use the project recipe to recreate a beautiful double-page layout! Don’t miss it!

About the Layout -

One of my all-time favorite go-to designs is the Half & Half—versatile, simple, and endlessly reusable! In this sketch, you’ll notice the vertical take on the Half & Half design, making it perfect for any occasion.

For this layout, I’ll be using the Creative Memories Leave Nothing Behind Collection and the Bamboo Border Punchto create a 2-page spread for my daughter’s National Park Adventure album. You can check out more of this album over on my YouTube channel!
