Workshop Wednesday ~ 2/19/25

We’ll continue in the our Keeping Scrapbooking Simple. We’ll be using the Creative Memories 52 Scrapbooking Project Recipe Book. I’ve selected several layouts that I consider “simple” — meaning easy paper cuts, straightforward photo placement, and just a few fun embellishments to finish it off.

This week, I’ll be working with Recipe #39 on page 82 of the book, and I’ll show you how to use the project recipe to recreate a beautiful double-page layout! Don’t miss it!

The Layout - This layout was originally created using the Ever After Wedding Collection. The book features the Canadian Scenes Collection. Now, I’m recreating it with the New Birthday Jubilee Collection! This is a fun layout which has clean crips layers and punch outs that are doubled stacked to give height and dimension. I will be changing the page recipe ever so slightly to accommodate my preferences. I will pulling in some mat cards for titling and journaling, as well as changing up the photo sizes and photo layout to accommodate more photos. For my border punch I will be bringing in the ever classic Party Hat Border Maker Cartridge. Come along and play, we’ll get two pages done!
